Staying hydrated as a busy mama can be a challenge. Not because it’s hard to drink a glass of water but because we’re always running around all the time.
There are many ways to be hydrated: your body, skin, and hair all can lack hydration.
One of the easiest ways would be to drink water. I personally don’t mind the taste of water, but I do enjoy some flavor in my drink. A great substitute is coconut water, but I’m not crazy about the taste.
Welch’s came out with a line of juices made with 100% coconut water. It reduces the sugar content by 30% so there’s no need to water it down.
I received a fun box of samples from Welch’s to taste.
During a little picnic at the park, Stella and I enjoyed the different juices in these cute pineapple cups. She enjoyed the taste and I was happy I was able to get her to drink coconut water! Stella loved the White Grape Mango Flavor. I was drawn to the Tropical Berry Grape Juice.
The grapes are grown right here in the US.
2. Another way to stay hydrated is to always have a chapstick around. Your lips can dry out in any weather. Keep one in your car, your bag, your room, everywhere!
3. Use a re-fillable water bottle like this one. There are many reasons that water bottles like this are great. One main reason is you stop using the plastic water bottles. That reduces on waste and helps the Earth!
